繰り込み理論（繰り込み群；RG）は、観測スケールを変えたときに理論の有効パラメータや相互作用がどのように変化するかを体系的に追跡する枠組みである。本稿は、粗視化・有効理論・スケール依存性を基礎概念として整理し、RG flow（結合定数の流れ）と固定点がスケール不変性を生む仕組み、さらにミクロの違いを超えてマクロで同じ振る舞いが現れる「普遍性」を説明する。加えて、統計物理（相転移・臨界現象）だけでなく、物性（低エネルギー有効理論）、乱流、ネットワーク／パーコレーション、機械学習に至るまで、RG的発想が「多自由度系をスケールで整理する一般原理」として広く有用
